Rivers Casino Philadelphia Resumes in-door Dining from January 16
Several restaurants with in-door dining facilities reopened at Rivers Casino in Philadelphia this weekend. With the Department of Public Health easing restrictions earlier imposed due to COVID-19, Jack’s Bar + Grill, Hugo’s Frog Bar & Chop House, and Mian began serving guests from January 16. However, seating is still restricted to 25% capacity.
The gaming floor at Rivers Casino reopened on January 4, along with most other casinos in Pennsylvania. And according to inputs from the commonwealth and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, Rivers Casino Philadelphia is allowed to stay open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with select hours of operation for every restaurant.
All COVID-19 restrictions are strictly enforced, including wearing masks at all times except when dining, social distancing without exception, and temperature checks before entering. Seating is currently limited to four guests per table.
The Rivers Clean Team time will remain active through the day, deep cleaning the tables after every turn. This is in line with the CDC and the state’s regulations. Commenting on the development, a Rivers casino spokesperson revealed that the team is excited about serving patrons and are upholding the highest safety standards to curb virus transmission.
“We are thrilled that three of our signature restaurants are now being allowed to reopen. We’re especially thrilled to welcome back our food and beverage team members. Ensuring the well-being of our staff and patrons is our top priority,” explained Eric Fitzgerald, the General Manager at Rivers Casino Philadelphia.
